• As per Bhutan’s New Tourism Policy, Indians visiting Bhutan will have to pay Sustainable Development Fee ( SDF, 15 $  ) per day & Guide charges per day. This fee is already included in the new tour price.


• The tour price for Foreign Nationals and NRIs is different than Indian Nationals.


• For Foreign Nationals and NRIs, Sustainable Development Fee charged as per the Bhutan’s New Tourism Policy is 200 $ per person per night.


• Foreign Nationals and NRI guests need Visa for Bhutan, for which USD 40 will be added along with SDF to the tour price.


• Keeping our destinations clean is obligatory for all of us, please do not put trash on the road or litter anywhere during your tour

• CHILD   : Original Valid Passport or Original Birth certificate along with supporting ID Card.


• INFANTS - Passport or Birth Certificate

• For NRI and Foreign National Guests along with Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.

• 02 passport size photographs with white background


• 02 photocopies of all documents which are submitted

Guests must submit the same documents & a passport size photograph which they are planning to carry.

• Any other services or meals which are not mentioned in the above "Includes" section.


• Entry ticket to zoo, museum, ropeway , etc.


• Expense of personal nature such as mineral water, laundry, telephones, beverages etc.


• Any tips to the Driver or Guide at your will.


• Camera Charges if any. (Depends upon the Sizes of the Lens)


• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).


• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.


• Travel Insurance.


• Anything which is not include in the inclusion.


• 5% GST NOT Included.

• For hill station tour do carry light warm cloth during Summer & heavy warm cloths during Winter


• Carry pair of Thermal wear for Chelela Pass trip.


• Bhutan is a tobacco free zone, so no smoking in and around town.


• Whenever you visit Dzong you are asked to wear full sleeve clothes, no caps and photography allowed. Guide will inform you in advance.


• The country is a litter free zone so we request our guest not to throw anything outside the window or inside the bus.


• Carry INR 100 & 200 Rupee denomination in Bhutan. Rupee denomination note of INR 500 are not accepted in Bhutan.


• All SIM Cards will work in Bhutan if you get your International Roaming activated (Differs from service provider to service provider). It will not work without International Roaming.


• They have strict traffic rules and at some places vehicle cannot go; guest are requested to co-operate with it.
