• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).


• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Useful Tips before Booking

• For hill station tour do carry light warm cloth during Summer & heavy warm cloths during Winter


• Carry pair of Thermal wear for Chelela Pass trip.

• Extra Charges for A/C if running in Hills for Non Luxury Vehicles


• Most of the hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the gates for longer period hence guests should wait at the reception before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.

Terms and Conditions

• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.


• There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of a Medical condition it entirely depends on hotel policy).


• Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.


• The price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, etc.


• In Case of any Health Issues we will not be liable to provide any refunds and in case of Medical Emergencies, all the medical expenses will be liable to the customer.

• SUV will be Innova/ Xylo / Scorpio as per availability

• In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the Manager.


• We will provide our best of service but in this sector road conditions, hotels & vehicles are more weak than any other place in India so don’t keep higher luxury expectations in this sector.


• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri.
