Note :

• Periyar Lake boat ticket can be booked in advance from online. While package confirmation do let us know if you want this service from our end. Getting ticket at the last moment is tough.


• For “A La Carte”  : The food with be served with a fixed menu.

• Exclusive vehicle for transfers & sightseeing.


• Please note that vehicle will NOT be at disposal it will be available to guest as per itinerary only (point to point basis).

• Entrance fees at sightseeing spots, National parks, boating etc mentioned in the itinerary.

• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).


• Entry ticket to zoo, museum, ropeway , etc.


• Travel Insurance.

• Keeping our destinations clean is obligatory for all of us, please do not put trash on the road or litter anywhere during your tour to Kerala.


•  Room rate at hill stations like Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodaikanal are calculated with Non-A/C rooms unless mentioned as A/C in the itinerary (if the itinerary contains any of such places mentioned).                


• There will be Gala Dinner in many hotels/resorts on 24th December and on 31st December, The mentioned rate is excluding Gala dinner charges which need to be paid along with package cost.


• The Gala dinner charges differs from hotel to hotel and can vary from Rs 1500 to Rs 5000 per person, Gala dinner charge is mandatory for the guests in most of the hotels, even if you do not avail the same.


• Room rate at hill stations like Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodaikanal are calculated with Non-A/C rooms unless

• Check in and Check out at hotels will be as per hotel policy where most of the hotels prescribe check in at 2 PM and check out at 11 am.


• If the package includes houseboat, check-in is at 12Noon and cruises till 5:30 PM with 1 hour halt for lunch, and


• Boat will be anchored on shore till 8 AM and cruises till 9 AM for checkout.


• Houseboat category starts with Deluxe (A/C only in room from 9pm to 5am), Premium (A/C only in room, but full time) and Luxury with glass covered in front area and provide full time A/C both in room and sitting area as well.


• Changing a hotel on arrival or during the trip will attract cancellation charge for the previous hotel.


• Charges for extra bed/breakfast for kids not mentioned in the package have to be paid directly as per hotel policy.


• Some hotels provide only mattress for extra bed and not coat.


• The breakfast/ dinner menu will be at the sole discretion of the hotel concerned.


• Some sightseeing spots have weekly holidays, and we won't be able to compensate, if travelling falls on these days.


• During the sightseeing tours, especially in the wild life parks, boating, trekking etc the guest has to adhere to all the rules and regulations framed by the authorities concerned, failing which our company will not be responsible in any manner.


• During the tour, if you face any difficulty or lag in service, it may be informed to us at the moment to act upon.


• We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels to make sure the selected hotel is as per your interests.


• Due to weather and road condition, we suggest not going out at hill stations in the night.
