Arrival and Transfer to Gangtok

Arrival at Bagdogra Airport & transfer to Gangtok Nearly 135 kilometers 4 - 5 hours drive .

Coronation Bridge
The Coronation Bridge, also known as the Sevoke Roadway Bridge, in West Bengal, India, spans across the Teesta River, connecting the districts of Darjeeling and Kalimpong. It was named to commemorate the coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth in 1937 and was completed in 1941. Locals call the bridge Baghpool, meaning tiger bridge, because of the two tiger statues at one entrance of the bridge.

Morning breakfast at hotel Excursion Tsomgo (Changu) Lake & Baba Mandir ( New ) nearly 40 kilometers.

Gangtok Local Sight Seeing

After breakfast drive for the city tour of Gangtok It is not possible to cover all the spot in single day hence we make the program with points covering minimum distance traveled.

Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery,
The Do-Drul Chorten is one of the most recognisable stupas in Gangtok. Inside this stupa is a complete set of Dorjee Phurba, Kangyur and other religious objects. Around the stupa are 108 Mani Lhakor or prayer wheels.
Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok
Shri Appa B Pant built Ganesh Tok between 1952 and 1953. Situated on top of a hill, the quaint place has mind-stirring views - the Kanchenjunga hill can be seen in its true form of glory from here and is at its best especially in the morning. Hanuman Tok is a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. It is believed that he had rested here before proceeding to Lanka with the Drongiri Mountain.

GANGTOK to DARJEELING

After breakfast drive to Darjeeling -It will takes nearly 135 Kilometers 3 – 3 ½ hours .
It is situated at an height of 2123 mts.

It is a land of breathtaking beauty, sloping tea gardens with spectacular views of the Mount Kangchenjunga. Darjeeling is popularly known as the Queen of the hills and known for Orthodox tea.

The huge Tenzing rock is named after Tenzing Norgay, who was famous for climbing the Mount Everest accompanied by Edmund Hillary in the year 1953. Gombu Rock has got its name after Nawang Gombu. He was Tenzing's nephew and he had climbed the Everest twice and became the first person to do so.

Departure : Darjeeling to Bagdogra

Breakfast - After breakfast returning back Bagdogra Airport (IXB)
Nearly 105 kilometers 2 - 3 hours drive.

  • 70% Between 20-10 Days Before Tour Departure

  • 100% Within10 Days of Tour Departure
